Age Requirements
Clients must be aged 18 and over.

 

Booking Confirmations
Client reservations will be confirmed once Hayley Kooner Limited has reviewed the reservation details and health form. If the booking requires amendments, Hayley Kooner Limited will contact the client.
Automated email correspondence will be sent to the client to confirm reservations using the details provided.
Additionally, a reminder message will be sent prior to the appointment. The client is required to reply to this message to confirm attendance.

 

Contact Information
In the event that incorrect contact information is provided — including, but not limited to, name, phone number, or email address — Hayley Kooner Limited will not be held responsible for any loss of correspondence such as appointment confirmations or reminder messages.
It is the client's responsibility to identify and correct any errors by updating their information via the booking system:

Arrival Protocol
Clients are required to arrive promptly for their appointments.

 

Late Arrival
Hayley Kooner Limited does not extend service times or issue price adjustments due to late arrival.
Failure to arrive on time may result in service cancellation or modification, with only the most essential part of the service being performed.
Clients should notify Hayley Kooner Limited via text if they are running late: 07739 420360.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling
The time booked is reserved exclusively for the client. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, it is often not possible to reallocate that time.
Clients are requested to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made after this 24-hour window will incur the full appointment fee, and an invoice will be sent to the provided contact details.
Repeated cancellations may result in the loss of booking privileges.

For cancellations within 24 hours, please call or Whatsapp 07739 420360.
Note: Text messages, emails, and messages via Instagram or Facebook are not accepted for cancellations.

 

Change of Mind
No price reductions will be made for changes of mind. Clients are responsible for the full cost of the time booked, even if they request a reduced service.

 

Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for all first-time clients receiving:
Lash tint
Brow tint
Lash lift
Microdermabrasion
Chemical peel

Patch tests are also required if there has been:
A change in health, medication, or vaccine history

A gap of 3 months or more since the last appointment

Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. These can be booked via the booking system:

If Hayley Kooner Limited or a product manufacturer changes any ingredient, a new patch test will be required.
Please note: A negative patch test result does not guarantee that no reaction will occur.

 

Children
Children are not permitted in the clinic, subject to the business risk assessment and our duties and responsibilities under legal compliance.

 

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones may only be used before and after the service.
Phone use during treatments is not permitted, as it compromises hygiene and scheduling.
It is recommended that phones be set to silent mode to avoid interruptions.

 

Accessibility
The clinic is located on the ground floor with two steps at the front door.
Clients are welcome to bring a support person or service animal.

Massage Preparation
For massage appointments, comfortable underwear is recommended. Clients will remain appropriately covered throughout the treatment to ensure privacy and comfort.

 

Gift cards 

Gift cards are non refundable, non transferable and must be used before the expiry date
Gift cards are emailed, please ensure junk folders are checked
Gift cards must be brought to/shown at the appointment, the booking system does not have the facility to allocate the gift card when making an online booking. Failure to bring/show the gift card will result in payment for the treatment.

Right to Refuse Service
Hayley Kooner Limited reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Repeated cancellations
Tardiness
Failure to comply with clinic policies
Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Contraindications to treatments (alternative options may be offered if available)

 

All clients and staff are expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
